Donnie Darko is a 2001 movie, and as it happens, Cade and I remote viewed three movies this weekend that are also ‘2001 movies’ although I didn’t realise that at the time I chose them: ‘Mulholland Drive’, ‘The Majestic’ and ‘Vanilla Sky’. All three movies feature a significant car crash, questions of identity, the power of illusion and/or dreaming. Much like Donnie Darko, except that one involved a significant plane crash.

Another movie that comes to mind which involves a car crash and time distortion and madness – what is real ? – is Premonition.
And ‘real life’ with Princess Di, Princess Grace and Roswell and MH 370. And recent I35 Fort Worth pile up.
I’ve been listening to a few Marshall McLuhan lectures recently and he describes the medium of cinema as akin to driving a car – it’s a ‘hot’ medium and the audience is going into the screen, driving the experience, as compared to TV, which is a ‘cold’ medium, where the audience is the screen. You’re last post was entitled ‘Hot N Cold’.

As The Atlantis World ends we learn that the people who came here from the Atlantis home world, were ‘Exiles’. The Exiles came or were sent here because they simply could not or would not fit in with Atlantis society. A society so technologically advanced and yet totally void of the freedom to make the simple mistakes. A place where the sinners were cast out.
They’re not all actors. Many of the cast members are actual no mads. 😊

About Atlantis and super technology. I had a friend a long time ago who had past life memories of Atlantis and it was a society where technology was supreme. And the Atlanteans came to a similar time to this where there was a spiritual push and because they had got so much into technology and the techno mind was paramount, they were unable to process the energy and it collapsed in on itself. Maybe the Flood and other events are a memory of this and still stuck in the collective subconscious and keeps replaying. Maybe possibly.
I watched Jeepers Creeper with Rebecca when she was a teenager. Used to hire DVDs from Blockbusters. Scared the crap out of me.

Memphis, the capital city of Ancient Egypt, was originally called Ineb Hedj in Egyptian. This translates as “The White Walls”.
Later it was called Ankh-Tawy meaning “Life of the Two Lands”,
Later still it became Men-nefer, meaning “enduring and beautiful”. Memphis is the Greek version of the name.

The O zmꜣ-tꜣwj (Egyptological pronunciation sema-tawy) is usually translated as “Uniter of the Two Lands” and was depicted as a human trachea entwined with the papyrus and lily plant. The trachea stood for unification, while the papyrus and lily plant represent Lower and Upper Egypt.
