I Feel Your Pain

Reality just got a lot weirder.

On Thursday this big moon showed up in the afternoon sky and I thought ‘Here We Go’.

For a few reasons I knew this full moon would be a heavy period so I wasn’t surprised when I began to feel the Ascension flu on Saturday which normally involve fluey light headed symptoms and last a few days. This time it has been different. Incredibly painful cramps manifested in my lower back and upper thighs and nausea. I thought WTF and then a thought appeared in my mind. Slightly off topic where do thoughts come from ?

From time to time I have picked up people’s emotions and thoughts – spooky action at a distance. So I checked out the symptoms of period pain for women and the symptoms are very similar but without the bleeding. Like a lot of these weird metaphysical manifestations it’s difficult to prove one way or another if I am sharing a period pain. If it’s true women seriously have my sympathy.

From Healthline.com – Sympathy Pains :

Sympathy pain is a term that refers to feeling physical or psychological symptoms from witnessing someone else’s discomfort.

Such feelings are most often talked about during pregnancy, where a person might feel like they’re sharing the same pains as their pregnant partner. The medical term for this phenomenon is known as couvade syndrome.

While not an official health condition, couvade syndrome is, in fact, extremely common.

Recent research published in the American Journal of Men’s Health found that between 25 and 72 percent of expectant fathers worldwide experience couvade syndrome.

The Red Moon Cycle.

From Nylon.com – Sacred Menstruation :

RED MOON CYCLE:

This cycle follows the full moon, meaning your body bleeds during the waxing or full moon and is most fertile during the new or waning moon. Because full and waxing moon phase energies are outgoing, vibrant, and creative, some feel this is counterintuitive to menstruation. Not so. In ancient times, the red coon cycle was associated with shamanism, high priestesses, and healers. Those who tend to menstruate with the full moon are said to focus their “darker” and more creative menstrual energies outward, rather than inward, in order to nourish and teach others from their own experience. Many times, women with this cycle will be more focused on self-growth, development, mentorship, and creativity.

Reality is weirder than we know.

For anyone with chronic pain of whatever sort I found this meditation video very helpful. It brought the pain down to manageable levels. There seems to be a clue in the title – Chronic pain and its link to Chronos and Time.

Dark City.

IMO there is a mechanism in place which is designed to keep the 3D guilt based reality going. One of the processes is feeding off pain. I had an experience when I was going through a painful time and I sensed something latching onto the pain and attempting to feed off it. I’m not sure if there are physical beings who consciously want to keep it going or it’s just a program in the Self which has evolved. In truth it’s not only women who bleed which I believe is designed to retain the same old same old.
