Geopathic stress. History is held within the earth. The Earth holds memory of what has gone on. I would expand that to include the Universe. In linear time terms, it’s an unimaginable time ago but the earth holds it as if it’s still going on in the present. Echoes of the past.
The place is incredibly beautiful though. Pristine is the word that comes to mind.
