I don’t know if I told you, but Poppy died at the start of March. We’re not going to get another pet but over the summer, we’ve been sort of adopted by a super-fluffy, ginger moggy. I’m not sure who she belongs to but she sits in our garden staring at the fence all day, before coming in for food – breakfast and tea – and a occasional snooze. On Wednesday she caught a mouse in the kitchen and ate it whole – its tail and two twitching back feet were hanging out of her mouth.

Sorry for your loss, Roob and happy for your gain. 🙂
Nature in tooth and claw is not a pretty sight at times.
