Won’t go into the details as it is impossible to describe and hardly believable but basically what we were talking about in the comments in A Zebra Crossing. About the Zebra Crossing and the letters. I wondered to myself about six months ago if I wanted to know what was behind the veil. What I discovered behind the veil was evil. No other word is adequate. A sane mind would probably have said No but needed to go there. This is a place beyond beyond beyond beyond belief.
Spidey senses observe that the 2 Pence is termed New Pence and 1/2 Penny is termed New Penny and wonder why the difference with terminology. I’m no expert and maybe logical reason. Seems odd though.
I understand why New was used to describe the coins. Still seems odd about difference in terminology with New Pence and New Penny. Both post decimalisation. The mind asks why they weren’t both called New Pence or New Penny. I don’t know is the answer.

That was an extremely fun afternoon matching Bond film titles to current news stories. I just found out the production company that made the Bond movies is called ‘Eon’.
Also got weird memory questions with DAF. In my memory I was taught judo at Lancing College by Joe Robinson who played Peter Franks 🤷 in DAF and was the actor who had the fight with Sean Connery in the lift. In my memory at the time it was an all boys school. In the last few years I’ve got memories of having the judo lessons with a girl who is Abi. I’m told my memory of Lancing College and previous prep school are an altered memory / reality / simulation and in truth didn’t happen. The real reality only involves Abigail. In truth we are inseparable. That’s just the way it is and someone has gone to an awful lot of trouble to delete Abigail from my memory and what has happened to us.
One answer always begs another question. I remember seeing actors from the Monkees and Batman and High Chapparal TV series down below as well. There were different TV studios and stage sets. Top of the Pops as well and other shows. The place was enormous. I’m told it is no more which is a very very very good thing ! Part of the reality collapse with lockdown and since then. The question is did the actors know they were in the Underworld or did they believe they were in a stage set in Los Angeles or wherever ? Simulated realities. Every door is a portal. Reality is stranger than can be imagined.
