Good video. Similar freaky stuff to what I’m seeing. It is mind stuff I believe. Not sure exactly how it is created. The freakiest show. Some sort of Nightmare Matrix. Even then it’s not quite a nightmare. A manifestation / symptom rather than reality. My sleeping nightmares have never been as weird as this.
I noticed that with my breathing when I first started taking videos and a few other tricks of the trade. Learn as you go along.
