From the basics of nature to the civilization and culture which have followed. We made them out of our necessity including whatever we are creating now.
A little while back I came across a you tube channel called Like Stories of Old. Much of it is philosophical in nature, discussing the stories of current films and other subjects. This is a presentation on the film The Arrival/Facing the Fear of Existence.
